No dogs are to be admitted if they have been in other kennels up to 1 month previously.

Appointment times for collection and dropping off of dogs must be adhered to.  Appointments can be made between 9.00am and 5.00pm weekdays, 10.00am and 1.00pm Saturdays.  We are closed on Sundays.

Dogs collected after 10.00am will be charged for a full day on the day of collection.

Customers who are late for appointments may find that nobody is available to help them.  In this instance, please ring later for a further appointment.

All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when dropping off or collecting.

All bills must be settled before the dog is returned to the owner.

Customers who wish to view the kennels can do so at a mutually convenient time.  No children will be admitted inside the kennels for safety reasons.

All baskets, bowls etc. will be provided by Stublach Kennels.  Bedding brought in by customers may not be used in the interests of hygiene.  The dogs are cared for by experienced staff and their comfort is important to us so please do not be offended if your bedding is refused.

Strictly no dogs will be admitted without the production of an up to date vaccination certificate.  This will be for the usual annual boosters and also for kennel cough.  For kennel cough the certificate should show INTRAC and this is administered by the vet via a nasal spray lasting 6 months.  Dogs will not be admitted without these vaccinations so please ensure they are up to date as failure may cause disruption to your holiday.  INTRAC lasts for 6 months.

Collection times which are brought forward at short notice will be charged for until the original agreed day.

More than 2 dogs being booked in by one owner requires a 10% deposit on booking.
